I have similar problem with MacOS 10.8.3 (Snow Leopard) and Fusion 4
after installing fusion the network is corrupted.
You can add route but it do not work it will be shown in routing table but any ping or traceroute will end with Cannot allocate memory error. After uninstalling fusion it works again.
