@LittleEyes I think you totally missed what RGracia was asking and it has nothing to do with whether or not the Windows 7 VM can be seen from other systems on the Host's LAN. He wants to be able to acesss the MAMP install under OS X from the Windows 7 Virtual Machine! Image may be NSFW.
