Windows 7 Guest, No USB3 Support?

Hello,

This is a new one for me. I built a WIndows 7 Professional VM (latest verson of Fusion 5.0.3). When I tried to connect a Silicon Power external drive, I received a little surprise and was unable to connect to the device via Windows 7 VM.

All I could find via Google is the workaround "use USB 2". Any ideas?
