Help me out here, guys. I had to roll back to 5.0.1 a few months ago. I've never seen software that could suffer death by PowerPoint, it is usually humans that suffer that fate.
Right now, 5.0.2 is complely useless for most Windows business users. That's a pretty sad statement, and the response from VMWare is even worse. You guys are descending into Adobe or something, not caring about defects, impacts to the user, etc.
Here's the killer: if you can't solve a problem where PowerPoint is crashing your app, how are we to expect you are able to respond to security vulnerabilities when they are discovered?
A fix for this is long overdue. I paid good money for this software, back to purchasing v3, upgrading to v4, and now upgrading to v5. Paying customer here. All of us are. Fix this mess. KThanksBye.
