The only workaround is to force the protocol back to USB 2.0 via a hub. It's a known issue. FWIW, USB 3.0 has a lot of issues on Mac's, so Fusion is probably also fighting Apple bugs.

How did you create the ISO? They need to be a 'cd-rom master' uncompressed. Otherwise, it should just work (unless, as Woody mentioned, there's copy protection involved).
