Office 2013 365 crashes using funsion 5.02

I have a Mac Mini OS X version 10.8.2 CPU 2.3 i7 with 4gb of ram.    I have windows 8, no  problem with the office 2013 if i boot the computer in windows.  But in OS X using Fusion just open any program (excel, word, powerpoint,  etc) the program crash.  Check the image.  Any Idea of the errror?Image may be NSFW.
