I use the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor to reset the passwords when necessary.
Just reset to a blank password and then once in Windows you can assign a new one if you want.

Uninstall a Virtual Machine by Using the Virtual Machine Library or Uninstall a Virtual Machine by Using the Finder.
