With the VM running, pull down the Virtual Machine menu and you'll see Install VMware Tools. Select that and you should see on the VM window "Click Install to connect the VMware Tools installer CD to this virtual machine" and "In the virtual machine, open the "Install VMware Tools" application on the "VMware Tools" disc." The installer is built into the Fusion application so there's nothing extra to get. Run the "Install VMware Tools" application and reboot the VM and you should get all the resolution choices you could want.Image may be NSFW.
