Newbie Question. Transfering Files from Mac to PC

Hello,

I am trying to drag a folder from the Mac side to the PC using Fusion 5. It starts to copy all the files but when it finishes I get an error saying "Cannot open file on virtual machine." and the files didn't copy over. What am I doing incorrectly? It is a brand new iMac with Fusion 5 and Windows 7 Ultimate installed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
