How to detect a second display for a VM (Window 7 or 8)

I would not to ask whether the VMs (e.g. Window 7 or 8) in VMware Fusion can dectect a second display and use it. I use Window 8 of a VM to extend the display to the second one. Altough the configuration seems ok, the second display don't see anything of the Window 8's second screen of that VM (the VM is in full-screen mode)

The second display of the Macbook works ok.

Anything help?
