Fusion 5 VMWare Tools - How do I set up a resume script?

Hi,

All the info I've found so far talks about double clicking the VMWare Tools Icon (Windows 7) and then using the UI.

VMWare tools shows only an 'About' window when clicked.

Where do I go to define a startup/resume script?
