Remember - OEM windows licenses cannot be legally virtualized.
And since you'll have to purchase a license anyway, you're better off building a vm from scratch - converted VM's (particularly from pc vendors) are bloated and unstable.
If you do need to convert it (and have a way to get a legal license) use the standalone vmware converter instead and build the VM on an external drive attached to the PC.
