It seems that since I upgraded to 5.02, Cisco ASDM tool to manage ASA products is crashing. I can get to the login window, enter my credentials, but just after that the window closes and it seems like it's crashing right when it initiate the connexion to the ASA (the Java software is, not the system).
I am almost 100% sure that it worked before I upgraded to 5.02, at least it worked before, since I used it all the time and I think it stopped working since 5.02.
This happens with different versions of JAVA and on W8 as well as WXP (on virutal machines where ASDM worked before).
Because I have tried two different OSes and different version of Java with the same result, I would think this is not an ASDM issue (tried also on different ASAs with different ADSM versions, which all work from a standard PC).
I have also turned off 3D acceleration (but this prevent the OS from crashing when lauching Java apps, which is not what I have, the OS never crashes, only the ASDM Java app).
If someone has a clue, let me know! Thanks!
