Well for me, VMWare is not working.. This is on a clean install of 10.9 DP1 rather than upgrading an existing installation.
I get the "Make sure you have rights to run the program, access all directories the program uses, and access all directories for temporary files" issue, i have no disk permission problems
so not sure why this doesn't work for me 
Anyone else seeing this ?
