There was only 1 box checked relating to opening windows applications (first image at 10.29.07 screenshot).
When I unchecked this option, the prompt was:
"Upgrading 5893 applications" (second image at 10.31.03 screenshot).
Is this the correct change? No other check-boxes were checked on my system.
