1. If you have a snapshot for your VM, please try restore it.
2. Could you please help to collect log info and attach here?
Fusion Menu, Help->Collect Support Information, waiting for log is zipped.
3. Seems the “.../WindowsVista-s006.vmdk” file is broken.
Can you find that file in the specified path?
Try to install a new Virtual Machine and see if the new VM can launches.
