You should reply "I moved it" becase after all you have moved it! 
To avoid being prompted you can add the following option to the Virtual Machines .vmx configuration file while the Virtual Machine is shutdown from with the Guest OS, not suspended and VMware Fusion closed.
uuid.action = "keep"
