I am running Mountain Lion 10.8.2 on a Mountain Lion host also at 10.8.2.
When setting up messages, it starts to log in, then fails. This works fine on the host. It looks like there is some deeper system authentication (hardware?), where the server does not allow the client to set up the tokens.
In some other forums, this was related to serial numbers.
Has anybody resolved this?
