I meant, if he put his Windows 7 VM in NAT mode,  the Windows 7 VM will have the same network access as his Mac OS X.

 

In your first reply in this thread you start of by saying "If you don't want other machine of your local environment see your Windows7 VM" and RGracia has already said "Fusion has to be set to Bridged (Auto detect) in order for the Windows 7 Vms to work internally" and the Host and the VM are already on the same Subnet as configured.  So under the aforementioned office constraints and what RGracia already said in his OP your suggestion and original comment much less what you say you meant  to use NAT is not relevant when considering the content of the OP!
