At the time you collected the support bundle your system hasn't been rebooted for 89 days 52 minutes. So I suggest you reboot your Mac and then start VMware Fusion. If the VM will not start then select the Virtual Machine menu and press the Control Key to change the menu options and select one of the Force ... commands, whichever is appropriate for the state the VM is in.
