Yes, I have the Mac profile selected under settings==>keyboard&Mouse
I don't really have steps to reproduce it. It's only happened twice so far. Once was right after I restored an instance and another was when I came back to an instance after leaving it running all night long. So it's difficult to figure out how to reproduce it.
