That doesn't seem to be an issue with any missing virtual disks files nor with the snapshot chain. I checked this and everything looks ok.

From the files it looks like the VM has been suspended on Feb, 28th. Did you run any major updates to the OS and/or fusion after this date? I can't tell you for sure whether this helps, but it may be worth resetting the VM by deleting the .vmss file. This is like pulling the power plug on a physical system, so you may want to ensure you have an up-to-date backup in case the result is not what you expect.
