Where did you read that Parallels had no such problem? They did in fact have the same problem.
However, they choose to believe that their clients were incapable of helping themselves (being babies in need of their bottles).
Window 7 does not have USB 3.0 support.
Download it yourself just as you would need to do on a REAL pc running Windows 7 and attaching a USB 3.0 device.
