Crash trying to debug a project in VS2010 - Windows 7

I'm pretty new to Microsoft Visual Studio and got into it at a PC running Windows 7 natively and I wanted to continue working on my project at home too. So I installed Visual Studio 2010 at my iMac at home - in a VMware Fusion 5 virtual machine running Windows 7 64x.

Everything works smoothly... I can open projects, make new ones, edit code - but whenever I try to debug the project I'm working on, it crashes. A popup appears at the top of my screen as everything freezes, saying "VMware Fusion has encountered a problem, and had to shut down". Not sure whether if that's the wording, but it's very close. The annoying thing is that sometimes when I try to debug it, it works. And sometimes it don't. About 50% risk for it crash.

After hours of headaches, I decided to uninstall Visual Studio, along with XNA 4.0 used to create games, and then reinstall both again, clean install, in C:/Program Files. Still. Same. Issue.

I decided to click the report button when Windows crashed, and I'm adding it now. I cannot make much out of it, however this seems interesting in the server.log file:

I could add that I'm using VMware Fusion 5.0.3, Visual Studio 2010 Express, XNA 4.0. This happens on my iMac (latest), 8 GB RAM, 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5, and it's running OSX 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion).

I really appreciate any help, I've searched on the net for hours without any progress.
