There is nothing wrong with the permissions shown in the Screen Shot 2013-03-28 at 11.59.17 AM.png however it is not the correct folder to begin with! The error message is pointing to "~/.." not "/..".
If not try uninstalling and reinstall Fusion using App Cleaner(Freeware). This will completely remove Fusion from Mac even the reduce files. While you are doing this make sure you have the license key written down, because when you install it again it would ask for the license key. You can get the key from the menu itself. VMware Fusion Menu >License. Removing Fusion will not delete your virtual machine.
Uninstalling/reinstalling VMware Fusion isn't necessary in this situation and doing so isn't going to correct a Permissions issue anyway!
