Re: How to add, then implement additional hard disk space (VMWare Fusion 5.0.3)

I am stuck on the additional hard disk issue.  I have Wondoze7 running with 65GB of virtual disk space.  I have tried about everything that might make a difference; internal defrag, cleaning up Mac disk space, reclaiming space, etc.

With each try (virtual machine shutdown) I get this message:

There is not enough space on the file system for the selected operation

Any attempt to change the pre-allocate/split (neither box checked) without changing the size gives the same error.

All software is current 10.8.3; 5.0.3

MBP-17 mid 2010, 8G Mem, 500G SSD, 60G spare
