Change disk size on VMWare Fusion image (after bootcamp conversion)

Hi,

I recently imported my Bootcamp image into a VMWare Fusion image. Now I have a file that is huge. I'd like to reduce the disk size allocated to the VMWare Fusion disk image. Any suggestions on how to do this?
