Is there any documented process for this?
I'm trying to get Fusion 5 on the Mac with Mountain Lion to see my Thunderbolt drive that has my TM backup on it.
I'm using the Migration Assistant and it will not see the device that is plugged in. Even if I mount the drive in the virtualized OS, log on to my other Mac ala AFP and mount the drive, share the drive using Fusion, the Migration Assistant will not see the time Machine backups.
What needs to be done to allow the ML Migration Assistant to actually see the TM backups that are on a drive?
