Since you have to have a retail license (i.e. not sold with the PC) of Windows to virtualize it anyway, you're always better off to create a new virtual machine from scratch. Trying to use the coverter always ends up with bloated, buggy, unstable VM's.
If you do want to try the conversion, unmount the secondary disk and then use the standalone vmware converter instead of the migration wizard.
