I have a windows 7 PC that I would like to migrate to a VMWare Fusion 5.
I have tried to do this, but ended up with a way to big virtual harddrive of 1TB.
Let me explain about my PC. In my PC I have 1 psysical drive of 1 TB. This drive is devided into 2 logical drives. One for the system files and programs of 150GB and the rest is one drive for data.
What I am trying to do is to create a virtual pc with only one drive of 150GB - basically I am not interested in the data drive? How can I do this? When I use VMWare Migration Agent my virtual pc is created with the same drives as on my pc.
Would it help if I deletede the logical partition that I use for data? Or will I just get the same except on the virtual pc there would be a 1TB drive but with only 150GB allocated for a drive?
Looking forward for some advice
