Not reproduced on my side.

Did you mean that Office 2010 did not launch in VM after you clicked any of the Office program?

So, could you please re-create the virtual machine from the boot camp partion?

And before re-create it, please delete the file under (/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/Virtual Machines/Boot camp/*), you can get into this path by right click the "Boot Camp" VM from Fusion' Library window and select"Show in Finder".

Also, you can try to import the entire boot camp partition as a lonely virtual machine then you can use it withou the boot camp partition existing.

Just select "Import the contents of your Boot Camp" while you are in Import Library window.
