little drag & drop problem

Hello,

I used Fusion 3 and 4 before and I'm used to that I can drag & drop items between my Mac and Windows environment to copy. A plus sign appeared next to the cursor. Now I have Fusion 5 and it doesn't work. No plus sign appears and I can't copy items from Mac into Windows. Can anyone help me out? What happened, is there a setting for this?
