Yes, I know you cannot order Snow Leopard Server from Apple's online store. That's why I posted instructions for ordering it by telephone.
My order confirmation email from Apple describes the product as:
MAC OS X 10.6.3 SLSVR UNLCL SING LIC-INT
SLSVR = Snow Leopard Server
UNLCL = unlimited client
Anyway, it should arrive Tuesday.
