Fusion5 vm cant connect to domain.png

To all experts there I need your help its been a week now scratching my head on why it doesn't work then I gave up.

My Lab setup was shown above or attached they are all in my MacBook

VM Machines: Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows XP

VM Server: Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise and Windows 2012 Datacenter

VM Router: Vyatta 6.5.1

My windows machines won't join to the domain controller what ever setup i did.

Setup1: Bring-up VM: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 7, 8, XP, R1 and R2

On VMware: uncheck NAT or DHCP just Virtual Interface only

Windows 2008 R8: DHCP, DNS and WINS: I know its working because the Event viewer doesn't say anything abnormal: 192.168.100.100

R1: Routing protocol RIP: Enable service dhcp-relay to forward all dhcp request to 192.168.100.100

R2: Routing protocol RIP: Enable service dhcp-relay to forward all dhcp request to 192.168.100.100

Problem 1: Windows machines will not receive an IP address from the DHCP server

Run Wireshark on Windows Server: not receiving a request from the client

Run Wireshark on Windows client it shows only dhcp discover

Run Wireshark on Vyatta "tshark" on port 67 it only sees dhcp discover

I suspect its the router not forwarding the request. So I manually put the IP address on all Windows Client DNS and WINS

Ping the server name: Win2008DC    working

Nslookup Win2008DC working

Try to join the domain it fails to join:

Setup 2: Put them into one Router R1 VLAN100 exactly the same problem won't receive an IP from DHCP server. But ping and nslookup is good.

On VMware: uncheck NAT or DHCP just Virtual Interface only

Setup 3. Remove all routers and make the VMware provide the default IP I just add the DNS server still same problem won't join the domain.

On VMware: uncheck NAT enables DHCP and Virtual Interface

Then I shut down windows 2008R2 thinking its the issue and bring up Windows 2012 server but have exactly the same issue

I couldn't figure out why its not working I'm leaning toward its a bug in the VMware but i could be wrong

Thanks in advance to all experts who can help
