A new VMDKMounter is indeed a must: let's hope that it will be finally added to Fusion 5.1...
Another good feature would be to be able to use physical partitions/drives as a base for VMs, directly from the GUI; and also other great Workstation-like things.
Etc. etc. - many "professional" features could be imagined, still to be desired...
