It is a temporary because that is what's needed when the Windows Installer will not works with redirected Namespaces and Special Folders like what happens when using Mirrored Folders! This is a know issue and not just when installing in a VM and turning off Mirrored Folders and having the proper paths restored it what the installer needs! Image may be NSFW.
