I agree totally. That is exactly why I thought I didn't have Professional because there is nothing obvious that's different from 5.0.1. Their ad is a little misleading... I thought possibly Windows 8 was included. Dumb me!
Upgrade now to take advantage of 70+ new optimization and performance features including:OS X Mountain Lion with notification center,AirPlay mirroring and Launchpad search supportWindows 8, Windows 8 Pro and Windows 8 Enterprise
OSes are never included, certainly not Windows OSes and just to be clear, you already had VMware Fusion 5 and you upgraded from VMware Fusion 5 to VMware Fusion 5 Professional? This shows the differences between the two, Learn about the new VMware Fusion 5 Professional edition, so scroll down to the "Compare VMware Fusion 5 to VMware Fusion 5 Professional" section. Now if one needs those extra features then one can make the determination if it's worth the price. I'd say it was however as I personally don't need any of the additional features other then a fully functional Virtual Network Editor GUI and the missing VMDKMounter then as I previously said I'd pay the extra just for a fully functional Virtual Network Editor GUI alone although I also want to see VMDKMounter put back as well.
